Not every couple wants a full reception. Some of you just want the ceremony, the moment, the vows, the people who matter most, in a space that feels worthy of what you're doing. Maybe you're celebrating more intimately afterward. Maybe you have a larger reception planned elsewhere and want your actual ceremony to feel special and personal rather than like an afterthought. Maybe the ceremony is the whole point.

The Intimate Ceremony is exactly that. Six hours in one of Escanaba's most stunning spaces, the warm hardwood floors, the romantic brick fireplace, the chandeliers, the natural light, to create a ceremony experience that is entirely and completely yours. How you use that time is up to you.

Six hours of private venue access

The space is yours and yours alone. No other events, no shared spaces. Enough time for a relaxed setup, a beautiful ceremony, and whatever comes after. Want to extend? Additional hours available at $100 per hour.

Ceremony seating for up to 50 guests

White garden chairs arranged with a curated aisle, a cohesive, intentional setup that makes the moment you walk in feel exactly like it should. Black Chiavari chairs available as an upgrade at $2 each.

Banquet tables and linens

Available for any post-ceremony celebration, dessert display, gift table, or gathering you choose to include.

Lounge furniture

Our curated lounge seating creates a warm and relaxed gathering space, perfect for a cocktail hour, a champagne toast, or simply a place for your guests to linger after the ceremony.

Courtyard access

Your guests have access to our outdoor courtyard with festoon lighting, a beautiful setting for a post-ceremony toast or a breath of fresh air while you take your first photos as a married couple.

In-house sound system, WiFi, and water station

Everything running smoothly in the background so you don't have to think about it.

Haley Station's owner and creative director is personally present throughout your event, not a hired coordinator, but the person who built this space and cares deeply about every celebration that happens in it.

The Curtain Wall Reveal: $300

One of the most magical moments we offer at Haley Station.

A floor-to-ceiling curtain wall is installed at the entrance to the ceremony space, concealing the room completely until the moment you're ready to walk in. Your guests are seated. The music begins. The curtains part. And you see it for the first time, exactly as it was designed for you.

It's a reveal. A breath. A moment before the moment.

The curtain wall installation is available as an add-on to The Intimate Ceremony for $300, one of the most memorable details you can add to your wedding day for any budget.
