Pricing & Budget
How much does it cost to rent Haley Station?
Packages start at $595 for a ceremony-only celebration, with full ceremony-and-reception packages starting at $1,500.
What's included in your wedding packages?
Every package includes set up of either ceremony seating with white chairs or round tables, white chairs, and floor-length linens, plus banquet-style tables for specialty setups like your welcome table, gift table, and food or dessert table, along with cocktail tables and accent furniture. Couples also get access to our in-house inventory of decor items to borrow or rent, plus a Bluetooth speaker and microphone for toasts and announcements.
Venue access time varies by package. Some tiers include 6 hours of access, while others include full-day access from 9am to midnight.
Is there a deposit, and what's your payment schedule?
We require a 50% deposit of your base package price to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event. We accept cash, check, and credit card, and other payment arrangements can be considered if needed. Just reach out.
What's the average cost of a wedding venue in Michigan?
Wedding venue costs in Michigan vary widely by region and venue size, often anywhere from a few hundred dollars for a small hall rental to several thousand for a full-service venue with catering included. Haley Station's packages are designed to fit small and intimate weddings without the price tag of a large regional venue.
Do you offer budget-friendly or small wedding packages?
Yes, our Intimate Ceremony package starts at $595 for a smaller ceremony, and our Essentials package is designed for weddings of up to 50 guests. Both are great options if you're planning a more intimate celebration without giving up a full venue experience.
Booking & Availability
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book about 12 months out, though we sometimes have last-minute openings, so reach out and ask, even if your date is coming up soon.
How do we check if our date is available?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. That said, we're happy to work with you to reschedule your event to a new date, based on availability.
Capacity & Logistics
How many guests can Haley Station accommodate?
Haley Station accommodates up to 125 seated guests, or up to 225 guests with partial seating.
Do you have an outdoor space?
Yes, we have an outdoor courtyard in addition to our indoor venue space, giving couples flexibility for ceremonies, cocktail hour, or photos.
What's your plan if it rains?
No need to worry. Haley Station is an indoor venue, so your guests stay safe and dry regardless of weather.
Is there on-site parking?
On weekends, parking is available across the street at 1st Bank, as well as on the surrounding side and front streets, which include accessible parking spots.
Is Haley Station wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have a wheelchair ramp at the rear of the building, and both of our restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
Food & Beverage
Do you provide catering, or can we bring our own vendor?
Yes, we provide in-house catering designed for brunch and lunch-style events, along with desserts and late-night snacks. Couples are also welcome to bring in their own caterer with prior authorization from us.
What food options do you offer?
Our menu is built around brunch and lunch-style catering, plus desserts and late-night snacks. Couples especially love our brownie cheesecake shooter cups and walking tiramisu. See our Food & Dessert Menu for the full menu.
Can we serve alcohol at our event?
Due to our liquor license, outside alcohol is NOT permitted in any form, but we've got you covered. We provide full bar service, including craft cocktails and mocktails, specialty coffee service, flavored lemonade, dirty soda, and lotus bar. Tell our bartenders and baristas what you're dreaming of, and they'll make it happen.
Vendors & Planning
Do you require us to use specific vendors?
We have an open vendor policy, so you're free to bring in the vendors of your choice. They just need approval from us in advance. Not sure where to start? Check out our Preferred Vendors list for trusted recommendations.
Do you offer day-of coordination?
We offer day-of coordination services for the venue itself. We assist with vendor arrival and setup, and oversee all setup and logistics on the day of your event, ensuring every detail is executed exactly the way you envisioned.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes, you're welcome to bring in your own decor. Real flame candles, glitter, and confetti are not permitted. Personal items typically need to be removed by the end of your booking window, though we include end-of-night cleanup in some of our packages and add-on services with next-morning pickup if you'd rather not worry about it.
Do you offer custom decor or styling services?
Yes, beyond our in-house decor inventory, we offer custom decor services to help personalize your event. This includes personalized welcome signs, custom bar signage, custom decor elements, lounge area styling, and elevated courtyard decor for cocktail hour. Ask us about adding these touches to your package.

Do you host weddings for couples outside the immediate Escanaba area?
Yes, we regularly host couples from across the Upper Peninsula, including Marquette, Gladstone, and the surrounding region. For out-of-town guests, nearby lodging options include the Island Resort & Casino, which also offers shuttle service to and from our venue, Terrace Bay Hotel, Magnuson Grand Pioneer Inn and Suites, and Comfort Suites, along with several cozy Airbnbs in the area.
