A full six hours in one of Escanaba's most beautiful event spaces, the warm hardwood floors, the romantic brick fireplace, the chandeliers, the natural light, all yours. Tables set, chairs arranged, linens ready. Everything in place so that when you and your vendors arrive, you can pour your creativity straight into making it yours.

What's included

Six hours of private venue access

The space is entirely yours for six hours, no other events, no shared spaces. Enough time for a relaxed setup, a beautiful ceremony or reception, and a proper send-off.

Tables, chairs, and linens, all set up

Round tables arranged and ready, white garden chairs, linens, a bridal party or sweetheart table, banquet tables for food and gifts, and cocktail tables, all set before you arrive.

Lounge furniture

Our curated lounge seating creates a relaxed gathering space within your event that feels warm and intentional without any extra effort from you.

Courtyard access

Your guests have access to our outdoor courtyard with festoon lighting, a naturally beautiful extension of your celebration for cocktail hour or simply a breath of fresh air.

Access to our elevated décor inventory

The Essentials includes access to a curated selection of Haley Station's décor pieces, an elevated collection so you can layer in beautiful details without sourcing everything yourself.

Haley Station's owner and creative director is personally present throughout your event, not a hired coordinator, but the person who built this space and cares deeply about every celebration that happens in it.

Our signature white mobile bar is styled and positioned in the courtyard, a beautiful, intentional focal point that makes your outdoor space feel like a proper part of the event.

Signature centerpiece selection

Choose from two centerpiece styles in our curated inventory, a meaningful detail that ties your tables together beautifully. Our team places them as part of your reception reveal.

End of night cleanup, with next-day item pickup

When the last dance ends, our team handles the cleanup. Items can be collected the following morning, so you leave your wedding night as a guest, not a venue manager.

From the first setup to the final farewell, Debi and her staff are on-site overseeing every transition personally. This is not a hands-off service. It's the Haley Station team invested in making your day go right from beginning to end.
