Haley Station's main space is one of the most naturally stunning venues in the Upper Peninsula, warm hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, a romantic brick fireplace, chandeliers, large windows that flood the room with natural light, and an outdoor courtyard with festoon lighting for your cocktail hour and beyond. It's a space that's already beautiful before a single decoration goes up. What you do with it from there is entirely yours.

What's included

The space, fully yours from 9am to midnight

private access to Haley Station for the full day. From the moment your vendors arrive in the morning to the last dance of the night. No other events, no shared spaces, no time pressure.

Tables, chairs, and linens, all set up

Round tables set and ready for your reception, white garden chairs, linens, a bridal party or sweetheart table, and cocktail tables, all arranged by our team before your guests arrive.

Lounge furniture

Our curated lounge seating adds a relaxed, intimate gathering space within your event, a detail that elevates the experience for your guests without any extra effort from you.

The courtyard, fully accessible

Your guests have full access to our outdoor courtyard throughout the entire event, not just cocktail hour. With festoon lighting overhead and a beautifully enclosed atmosphere, it becomes a natural extension of your celebration.

Food and gift tables

Dedicated space for your catering setup, dessert display, gift table, and any additional elements you're bringing in, all thoughtfully positioned by our team.

You walk back in to a room that looks like it was always meant to be a reception.

Signature centerpiece selection

Choose from two centerpiece styles in our existing inventory, a meaningful detail that ties your tables together without the cost of custom florals. Our team places them as part of your reception reveal.

The white mobile bar, set up in the courtyard

Our signature white mobile bar is styled and positioned in the courtyard for your cocktail hour, a beautiful, functional focal point that makes your outdoor space feel like a proper event.

Shade umbrellas and outdoor heaters

Shade umbrellas for sunny cocktail hours and outdoor heaters for cooler evenings mean your courtyard experience is comfortable no matter what the season brings.

End of night cleanup, with next-day item pickup

When the last dance ends, our team handles the cleanup. Any items that need to be collected can be picked up the following day, so you leave your wedding night as a guest, not a venue manager.
